Vince Dilley
Vince Dilley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Dental Services. He entered the dental industry by acquiring practices rather than attending dental school, taking a direct path into building and growing dental organizations.
Vince bootstrapped Platinum Dental Services without outside equity capital and, together with his partner Patrick Nelson, expanded to 45 locations. His leadership reflects a commitment to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and creating opportunities for dentists to focus on patient care.
Patrick Nielson
Patrick Nelson is the Chief Financial Officer of Platinum Dental Services. He joined the organization in 2015 and has been instrumental in shaping its financial and operational strategy.
Patrick has helped Platinum grow to more than 45 locations while keeping the business focused on its core values of service, teamwork, humility, education, family, and relationships. His approach emphasizes setting clear expectations, strengthening partnerships, and building a culture that supports both doctors and team members.
Through disciplined financial management and a focus on operational consistency, Patrick has guided the company in transforming underperforming practices into thriving multispecialty locations, ensuring both sustainable growth and a strong patient experience.
Darren Wight
My background as a finance executive has involved building high-performance teams, creating and automating processes, and advising executive and board committees.

I am known for building, challenging, and leading teams that exceed performance goals. I have led several initiatives that have delivered multi-million dollar cost savings and raised EBITDA by as much as 30%.
Ashley Winn
Ashley began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant, later gaining valuable experience in private practice before joining Platinum Dental. Over the past seven years, she has grown with the organization, starting on the Revenue Cycle Management team and advancing to her current role as Director of DSO Support. Today, Ashley oversees support operations, guiding multiple teams that help Platinum’s practices focus on the patient experience.
Her passion lies in leadership and embracing the challenges that come with supporting a large and growing dental organization. Ashley is dedicated to developing strong teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring practices have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Dr. Nielson
As my patient, you can expect a warm, welcoming smile each time you come in, and the most up-to-date treatment tailored to your needs and personal situation. I love what I do, and I hope you feel the passion I have for helping you with your oral health needs.” Dr. Nielson was born and raised in Arizona. His passion for outdoors and friendly communities brought him to Colorado. He enjoys spending his spare time outdoors with his beautiful wife and four kids camping, hiking, mountain biking, and OCR racing.
Dr. Reed
Upon completing his dental school training, Dr. Reed was recognized for his exceptional clinical skillset among dental school graduates by being presented the Robert DiTolla Award. He then continued to pursue more advanced training at the University of Utah Hospital where he completed a 1-year general practice residency. He entered private practice in 2012 where he has continued to seek extensive continuing education on a variety of topics, most especially oral surgery and implant dentistry. In his ongoing training, Dr. Reed continues to learn how integral oral health is to one’s overall health and aspires to improve his patient’s lives as a whole through exceptional dentistry. Every year Dr. Reed loves to participate in a number of opportunities to donate his time and training to our military vets and others in need in our community and abroad. Dr. Reed and his wife, Shannon, have six young kids at home. This keeps them always on the go with soccer, basketball, gymnastics, theater, and the various activities in which their kids participate. They are very active in their church. Through it and Horizon Dental Group they enjoy serving and giving back to our wonderful community. When she’s not with their children, Shannon loves fitness instructing and personal training. Dr. Reed loves the outdoors and Prescott is perfectly situated for enjoying them. He is often out riding or running the local trails. In recent years he has discovered and fallen in love with ultratrail running. Fun Facts: Dr. Reed is fluent in Spanish. He learned Spanish upon serving a 2-year mission for his church. He has run numerous marathons and ultramarathons of up to 105 miles. He hopes to one day run the Boston Marathon and to compete in a particular ultratrail race in Europe. Dr. Reed and his wife have 3 boys and 3 girls, the youngest of which came as recently as Sep. 2020.
