Vince Dilley is the Founder and CEO of Platinum Dental Services, headquartered in American Fork, Utah.
What began as a call center supporting unaffiliated dental practices has grown since transitioning into a DSO in 2012 into a thriving network of 50+ practices across the region.
Under Vince’s leadership, Platinum has specialized in revitalizing and transforming struggling dental offices into successful, patient-focused practices. In 2023, Platinum partnered with Main Post Capital, accelerating growth opportunities and expanding the company’s reach. This partnership has also strengthened Platinum’s commitment to giving back through its philanthropic initiatives that support both patients and communities.
Vince continues to lead Platinum with a focus on continuous improvement, service, and people-centered growth, ensuring that both providers and patients thrive within the Platinum network.
Patrick Nelson is the Chief Financial Officer of Platinum Dental Services. He joined the organization in 2015 and has been instrumental in shaping its financial and operational strategy.
Patrick has helped Platinum grow to more than 50+ locations while keeping the business focused on its core values of service, teamwork, humility, education, family, and relationships. His approach emphasizes setting clear expectations, strengthening partnerships, and building a culture that supports both doctors and team members.
Through disciplined financial management and a focus on operational consistency, Patrick has guided the company in transforming underperforming practices into thriving multispecialty locations, ensuring both sustainable growth and a strong patient experience.
My background as a finance executive has involved building high-performance teams, creating and automating processes, and advising executive and board committees.
I have been instrumental in supporting merger, acquisition and divestiture activities. I provide insight and recommendations regarding investment opportunities and capital project planning. Additionally, I have demonstrated leadership in financial crisis management and large-scale transformation.
I am known for building, challenging, and leading teams that exceed performance goals. I have led several initiatives that have delivered multi-million dollar cost savings and raised EBITDA by as much as 30%.
Ashley began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant, later gaining valuable experience in private practice before joining Platinum Dental Services. Over the past seven years, she has grown with the organization, starting on the Revenue Cycle Management team and advancing to her current role as Director of DSO Operations. Today, Ashley oversees support operations, guiding multiple teams that help Platinum’s practices focus on the patient experience.
Her passion lies in leadership and embracing the challenges that come with supporting a large and growing dental organization. Ashley is dedicated to developing strong teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring practices have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

His passion for outdoors and friendly communities brought him to Colorado. He enjoys spending his spare time outdoors with his beautiful wife and four kids camping, hiking, mountain biking, and OCR racing.
Upon completing his dental school training, Dr. Reed was recognized for his exceptional clinical skillset among dental school graduates by being presented the Robert DiTolla Award. He then continued to pursue more advanced training at the University of Utah Hospital where he completed a 1-year general practice residency. He entered private practice in 2012 where he has continued to seek extensive continuing education on a variety of topics, most especially oral surgery and implant dentistry.
In his ongoing training, Dr. Reed continues to learn how integral oral health is to one’s overall health and aspires to improve his patient’s lives as a whole through exceptional dentistry. Every year Dr. Reed loves to participate in a number of opportunities to donate his time and training to our military vets and others in need in our community and abroad.
